The EtchFX DV18 data sheet lists a 10-year interior direct-sun warranty and a 3-year exterior vertical-exposure warranty. Its 15-year indoor durability rating for office partitioning is a durability rating, not a warranty period.

Applicable product cover depends on the installation position and manufacturer’s conditions. It is separate from AWT’s workmanship guarantee.

No deposit is required. The full amount of $1,144.00 including GST is payable in one payment by bank transfer (BSB and account number) on the day the work is completed.

Please provide clear access to the glass and remove movable obstructions from the work area. We will coordinate site access and the installation date with you.
